Worst hopistal ever !!! Brought my grandma into ER . Pretty much all staff is rude !! Including the Dr . Also, the hospital is disgusting !! Blood all over the place ! Dirty 2x2 gauze all over the floor . Idk how this hospital is running !!! Leaking equipment !! Staff yelling across the room . Ask for assistance and they would just never come ! Unfortunately couldn’t take her to Sutter Tracy ! But would definitely avoid this hospital if you could !!

As I read the rest of the reviews on this hospital i couldn’t agree more !!
I understand as an emergency department you are busy . But , we bring our loved ones in thinking they will be taken care of . I had to talk to the lead nurse in order to draw attention to my grandma . As soon as I told him I had left a negative review on their hospital he asked for me to please talk to him about my concerns so he can make it better ! That’s when my grandma surprisingly had more attention on her . I noticed something was wrong with how they attended my grandma . It’s sad to see how the nurse in training was the one to notice her antibiotics were not even being given to her ! The whole time we thought she was being given her medication ! One of the nurses I could tell was shocked / embarrassed because she knew I was already upset about the entire situation .

They had told me that she didn’t have any type of infection after i demanded someone come in to give me any kind of update ! You could visibly see the nurse was irritated . I had to tell her that my grandma has history of sepsis . And they never gave her a urine test because her blood work “ did not show any infection “. Yet when my grandmas heart rate began to elevate they went straight to get a urine sample !! Just to tell me later it looks like she has a UTI . Ok ? So y’all had to wait for the patients family member to tell you to check her health history? Things were all over the place . They came in to take her for a ct scan . Couldn’t take her bc she wouldn’t cooperate . Radiologist said he can try to take her and scan in that position . Dr. In charge said nope ! You can come back later . You are not going to do that ! In such a rude manner ! Also, never once did she come in to speak to me in regards to my grandma .

Later when the nurse came in to give me some updates after I demanded them , she assured me my grandma has her scan done . And I told her she did not . She kept insisting she did ! I told her she did not ! Until one nurse came along to tell her she did not have her scan done bc she was not cooperating . They honestly are just all over the place .

Once we admitted her into a room . It was a completely different story . Her nurse was incredible! Soooooo sweet, caring and just completely opposite of the ER room !

She did mention she had an ultrasound done , which she never did . And I had to tell her she did not have any kind of ultrasound done . She mentioned they had entered she had it done along with some results ? HOW ?!

I guess all I want to say is . ER room needs to be more careful .

DO NOT LET THE REVIEWS SCARE YOU. I’m currently postpartum and a first time mom, I came in for an induction and the maternity department staff was nothing short of amazing. I was terrified coming into the hospital but the staff was always helpful to explain each and every step to me before doing it while also reassuring me that I was going to be okay. My baby is ginormous and I ended up in an emergency cesarean, however it felt NOTHING like an emergency. Staff was calm, quick, efficient, and so so so caring. It was my first time getting surgery as well and no one hesitated to comfort me and even hold my hand through the procedure. I felt so comfortable that I was happy conversing with the recovery staff right after, they were detailed when it came to checking my vitals and made sure I was 100% okay before going onto the next step. Postpartum after was an even better experience, I was congratulated and felt so genuinely cared for, my baby was spoiled and complimented the entire time. My nurses went ABOVE AND BEYOND with taking care of me physically and emotionally through everything, with their help I was able to heal and feel human again pretty quickly. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have gone into such a scary situation with help from such amazing staff. I wish I could give absolutely everyone who took care of me flowers because EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my team, down to housekeeping, made this experience so magical for me. Thanks to them I was able to conquer labor, delivery, major surgery, and postpartum at ease. Most importantly I need to thank Dr Georgiou, he has been the most amazing doctor throughout my entire pregnancy journey. Words can’t even describe my gratitude for him as a doctor and just as a person. If there’s one man I can trust, it’s him. I really can’t thank everyone enough, I’m leaving here happy and healthy with a happy healthy baby and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Los baĂąos memorial hospital sutter health,
The experience we’ve had so far while my daughter was in labor we couldn’t be more happier. The RN for the night shift and day shift were extremely so helpful and respectful caring making sure my daughter had everything she needed while she was in the delivery room.
It’s fair to say we had a great experience every time we were at the hospital from the reception area all the way to the RN team and the rest of the team in different areas as we communicated with everyone for directions and help.
Thank you to the entire Team at los banos memorial hospital sutter Health for always trying.

Do not go here for your little one. Richard Jong Hyun was in charge of my one month old going in for extreme reflux I expressed my concern as she would not keep anything down at all and would spit up projectile vomiting after every meal. They did an ultrasound and said “everything was normal it was just reflux and it’s normal for babies to spit up a little bit after every feed. I then told him that my baby does not spit up a little bit she spits up the whole meal and he told us it’s okay to be discharged and just follow up with her pcp. After following up our pcp told us he does not know why they let us go and didn’t even refer us to valley Childers if it showed in her results that she had pyloric stinosis. Also after looking at her discharge paper they stated “ I feed her twice and she kept it down” when they didn’t even check to see if I feed her or to see if she kept it down . I took her to valley Children’s and they also did an ultrasound and confirmed she does need surgery and was very dehydrated. If I had listened to them and just left it as what they told me my baby would have been more dehydrated then she already was. They don’t care about the patients and act as if the parents are being dramatic. The nurses on the other hand were helpful despite not having proper tools for a baby. Always follow your intuition moms.

I went in the emergency department because my girlfriend had tested positive for COVID and Flu and a few days later I was started to feel sick as well so I go in the emergency room and tell them what’s going on with me so they gave me medicine for my fever, and then they told me they were going to Swab me to check if I had Covid or Flu so I am there waiting to get my results ok and so time goes by and doctor told me that they discontinued and threw away my test and he said he doesn’t know why they threw it away, and then a few minutes later a nurse told me they had my results and that I was positive for Covid and Flu and then a few minutes later doctor talk to me once again and told me he had my results for my Swab test and he Said that he didn’t know what happened when he saw that they discontinued my test, HE WAS ALSO SO RUDE TO ME ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE UNLESS I REALLY TO. THEY ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME MEDICINE FOR THE FLU BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS TOLD BY DOCTOR THAT I AM YOUNG AND I CAN FIGHT THR VIRUSES

This place is the worst!
Staff and doctors need more basic training and sensitivity training. They’re so RUDE and don’t really care about patients. You’re better off driving to Merced for better healthcare.

Personally I don’t know how this hospital is still active. The place is disgusting inside and out and the people who work there are even worse. Last time I went in my son had croup and the nurse that “helped” us was incredibly rude demanding me off phone and if I didn’t get off my phone she refuse to give my son his medication. She refused to close the door when I asked her multiple times because there was a lot of sick people in the waiting room. she accusing me of taking a picture of her , got even more attitude with that then hands me my son’s medication in a syringe and says here you go you can do it and walks out of the room and leaves me alone to give my one year-old medication. Her name was Erica and wore glasses she didn’t give me her last name even though I asked multiple times and I asked others and they didn’t even know her last name but they said she’s the only Erica that works there. I’ve lived in Los Banos my whole life and I have multiple stories of even when I was a kid, but this! now that happened to my son I’m fed up.
