The food is not fit for human consumption, I thought well that's OK I can at least feed my dog when he gets hungry,nope he won't eat it either,and when I call about other services they never have the funds so what do you have to offer except taking time out of the days of older peoples lives? also unless I read the menu I have no clue what they are even trying to feed us older people believe it or not people that receive meals are still going hungry I know im not the only one with taste buds,I think you all think they are old who cares,we put other things on hold because we have to be the ones to recieve the meal which means we miss a lot of appts.why can't we have someone that's in our house be handed that meal that must be lined in gold,do you think people are lining up to steal these fantastic food items,and why never anything to drink for the times you might luck out and be able to eat it,ya can't wash it down dear lord people do you even taste what you serve? I know I shouldn't be ungrateful but I'm sorry with what I've come to know about you there is absolutely nothing to be grateful for,thought maybe getting a little help with small vet bills nope turned down there as well,I guess if I had anything to be greatful for is I didn't have to pay for it,I can't believe that there are some people that pay for your services,all I can say is please taste what the hell your giving people,you would probably apologize to them for giving it to them .so if me posting this gets me dropped for being honest all I can say is I won't miss an appt.again for waiting on them yummy dishes,meals used to be better i dont know why ya changed whatever you guys did to the food but i think ya need to go back to the old days when the food was.fit to eat..and you got 1 star cause ya can't post without rating trust me we need negative stars to rate if you will.i mean if you want the total truth what people are actually thinking,as for me i speak what i feel no holds barred and im ashamed in this country our elderly are fed worse then prisoners,shame shame shame.nobody will see this post im sure,they never post the negative truth,only the good ones,btw i didnt see post to read,does that mean theres no good comments..why when you sign up for meals you build it up like its such a great thing when in fact you offer a good bit but when you need any services i never been able to use anything,funds not avaible,why not tell people that there may not be funds,you get our hopes up for us elderly making us think we finally get a little help for our pets only to pull the rug out from under our feet baffles ones mind,and i really dont care what kind of day you have..signed starving in lancaster..good god people stand up for yourselves,we deserve respect

Awww! This is actually my old Elementary school I went to growing up as a kid on the west side of Lancaster Ohio lol! Looks really odd being a meals on Wheels but hey, what can you do LOL 😆

Amazing people who are out to help those in need. I have had them help me with patients in need of assistants and they have gone above and beyond to make the people they serve feel special.

I hope they know how much their work in the community is appreciated.

Not happy,was except for lawn care. Been over 3 months. now show called 4xs not 1 phone call back. Would give 0 stars cause this no way to run a business

Just a bunch of nice people giving back. Great place to volunteer as much or little of your time as needed. Always a positive experience.

I only go when I'm sure I like the food. So I never have any reason to complain about the food. Courteous help always willing to help anyone

My husband and I volunteer 1 day p/month. Bryan and other staff are always friendly and helpful!
