I wish someone would call me back or email. My Dad hasn't had meals delivered for 3 days I have no idea why. He is 94 and partially blind. I live in another state and need someone there to communicate.

It's a great thing y'all are doing and all of the people who deliver to my home health care client I take care of are so nice and helpful to him when I've already left for the day until today. The lady named Vicky came to the door without knocking and said "meals on wheels" and hung the bag on the door. I cought her cause she was late and i was on my way out i asked her name to turn her in but she got very rude and called her site manager stephanie so she showed up at the door yelling. I've never had a problem before with the volunteers at y'alls Tool Texas site before today and I'm not very impressed on how they handle things when someone isn't doing their job property.
