25 years this company has messed up my order 25 years

When I say no pickles means no fing pickles

I was there today at this one with a Mobil app order that said no pickles I asked at the drive through no pickles they said yeah there no pickles I get the burger gess what pickles on it I'm glad I'm not allergic to pickles if I was to bad I'm not I'd be suing this company and I'd win

Since I was a kid they messed up idk why I even go to this company plus none could make a burger to save there life ether to greasey or way over cooked but then again. It doesn't matter my 15 dollars doesn't matter to a billion dollar company the over charges customer for food that actually will kill you. Btw I dont write reviews but 25+ years and they still can't get it right

Maybe the nicest, most sophisticated McDonald's I've ever seen. However, nice as it is, I'm convinced the toilet seat hadn't been cleaned in days... before I cleaned it.

Last night, I got food, and unfortunately, I was extremely horrified. while I was chewing my hot n spicy McChicken, I bit into something hard. Knowing this was odd, I spit it out and found a piece of hard plastic. To say It RUINED my dinner would be an understatement.

Went through the drive through at 615pm and ordered our food. We started driving and I went to bite into my burger and it wasn't dry it was so hard it broke the bun in half plus the other burger wasn't even in the wrapping and cheese was cold. Went back got new food and the cheese was cold yet again! Hands down the worst McDonald's I've been to across our state and several other states.

Everything was fine except for the video menu board at the drive through. It only showed one screen, with some coffee or latte drinks, the whole time. I expected it to at least scroll through various menu boards. I had to ask do you have this, do you have that, how much is it, etc. It's probably enough to make me not want to visit there again.

My previous visits to this location have all been good. But today (29 April) at 11:00 AM they were really struggling. The attached photo is how my burger looked when I opened it. I know it looks like it was dropped on the floor and then tossed into a bag, but we were sitting in the dining area and this is how it was brought to our table. My daughter’s cheeseburger looked similar and our fries were just a bunch of inch-long broken pieces. And I ordered a triple cheeseburger but they gave me a double. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough staff in the dining area to get the problem fixed before we had to leave. There were also a LOT of people standing around waiting a long time for their food. A very bad day for this McDonald’s.

Very nice employees and management that seem to really like their jobs and they are always pleasant and helpful. The store and grounds are always clean and neat.

What I hate is the corporate McDonald's atmosphere. The building is the new type of McDonald's that feels like a communist gulag. It is cold and sterile. Cold, gray concrete walls. No community atmosphere AT ALL. Many times I prefer to sit and eat. Not here. I feel like I am hunched in an alley eating scraps behind a dumpster. I will drive 30 minutes to Parker of Castle Rock for the old-style building and comfort. This is certainly not the fault of this store's owners or employees. It is the corporate McDonald's decision to build these new stores this way. Clearly, the new corporate focus is " Come to McDonald's. Buy our food and GTFO."
