Waited an hour for some chicken tender and a French dip that never came. I had went up to the bar initially after 30 minutes and the waitress told me that the kitchen was overwhelmed and busy but that 4 orders would be out soon and after 15 minutes we checked once again to see what was going on only to be told that it would be 3 more minutes. The food never showed up and we had to ask for a refund. Go next door to the Platte River Saloon for better food and better service.

One of our favorite places in Fairplay! Best wings, burgers, and fish in town! Check out their specials too. Curtis cooks the best burgers! Megan has been there forever, since we've been coming in 2010, and is our favorite! Janelle, and Libby are also wonderful. However, if Patty is tending bar, we walk right back out. Plenty of other places to go.

We stopped in to get a quick bite on our way to Glenwood. Great local beers on tap, excellent food, and a friendly mountain atmosphere. It was so good, we drove an extra hour on the return trip and stopped in again. It was just as good the second time.

Great little small town bar with awesome staff. I think maybe 8 to 10 little tables, a small bar top and a pool table.
Food was incredible! Some of the best onion rings I've had in ages. Burger and chicken wrap were delicious and exactly as requested. Coke products but I won't hold that against them.
It was a long morning and food was so good.. almost forgot to take pictures.

Great little bar on the Main Street in downtown Fairplay. $5 well drinks with decent pours and some food options that were surprisingly good. One of the two ladies at the bar was slightly gruff, but the other one was exceptionally friendly and more than made up for the aloof demeanor of the other. My French dip was 6.5/10, but the fries were 9/10. Most of everything you want to see and do in Fairplay is an easy walk, as well. Definitely recommend stopping in here if you’re on the look out for a good local watering hole!

If you are on your way to hike you shouldn't eat here. The food's heavy and good only, when you're really hungry.
But you don't come here for the food. Watch the local mountain folk to have a drink here and enjoy the interior. And visit the South Park Farm close by.

Rad little sports grill with a nice patio spread and a decidedly divey charm. The Buffalo Burger (no hot sauce, just lean bison meat) was a touch dry but offered great flavor and It was great to split with the wife along with a couple orders of crispy, golden tots. Washed it down with a couple yella bellies for a damn good time.

I can not recommend the $7.50 1oz Espolón tequila shot but I can recommend this joint if you’re looking to fill the void in your belly or bump into someone who might lend an ear.

Open at 3pm on a Sunday and serving beer and food! Delicious burgers and fully cooked but not dry. The toasted buns made the burger hands down. Fresh toppings. Service was great for only one bar tendress and the food came out quickly. TVs kind of loud but no big deal.
