This is an amazing place for people with lived experience to come find services in the community. The staff are very caring and understanding and meet people where they are at meaning that no matter what a person is going through they will be treated with respect and empathy.

I am hoping to improve this rateing but until then the services were not provided still bye the housing assistance provider and im about to lose my home which is bizarre after mendo county recieving all those grants and funds for the homeless prevention in our community.However the harm reduction team was very helpful and even provided me a bag lunch as i sat and waited to find out that my already promised assistance was still not available. I will update this as soon as this changes happily.

The best non-profit in Mendocino County. The staff genuinely care about the clients they are serving. They make you feel right at home. If you are wanting to make a change in your life you've come to the right place. The staff will connect you with all the right services that will be most beneficial in helping you along your path. The Thursday client/staff lunches are especially a welcome treat. I cant say enough great things about this place. They're doing a superb job serving our community.
