They are so rude! Even to customers like myself who are extremely nice to them. Even the guys who work in the field doing water fixes have said how nasty the office staff is. If they don't like their highpaid cushy jobs they need to quit! They don't send me a bill but they charge late fees. They actually told me to call every month to find out how much it is and that they don't control the post office. When u call to report their rudeness the mailboxes r full. Hell of a way to run a city utility office.

I cannot believe the level of condiscenscion that answers the phone at this place and is allowed to talk to the public! In 2022 we are facing the hardest economy since the great depression and the hag that answers the phone here not only is incapable of compassion and empathy but has the audacity to treat customers with blatant disrespect and the most rude, judgemental attitude, bringing them to tears. Horrible! I feel so bad for the citizens of Martin's Ferry who have to deal with such a vile attitude.
