I have yet to find a health care provider in Montrose that even pretends to care. This place is among the worst. PA Shaun O'Malley is their only provider, and he is very clearly under qualified and overwhelmed. It took six weeks to get him to write one prescription, and that was just one showcase of his carelessness.
I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care to look elsewhere.

Took care of my sons teeth. Everything went well. They are also taking good care of me and I'm having a good experience. They have all been really friendly and helpful. The female dentist is very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Leo (dentist)and his assistant Lizzy are wonderful! Very sweet caring people!! I actually enjoy having my dental work done with them. I gave 4 stars. I highly recommend this dentist though.

I have been a patient with Pic Place since it was Community Dental, for over 20 years. The service of the dentists and staff continue to get worse over time. Never see the same dentist. I have two cavities right now that the dentist said to leave alone, because drilling will cause bigger cavities. I have also been waiting three months for someone to call me back to arrange an impression for partials. I have called three times in this period and each time I was told someone would get back to me. Today I called and mentioned this and one of the girls at the desk said "Not to be rude, but when you're told someone will call you back, they usually don't, because they're either busy, or just forgot." I mentioned that I used to be a medical assistant and that you never blow off your patients, her response was "Dental assistants are different than Medical assistants." Yes, they are, but responding and taking care of your patients isn't different. "Forgetting" about your patients should never be an issue in any medical field, no matter what. I will most definitely be looking for a dental office who cares about their patients. I have also gone there to have teeth filled and keep having pains in a couple of those teeth, but they claim nothing is wrong. My daughter keep having to go back, because her fillings keep falling out.. Not a very professional place.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
I know their sign says they offer it, but that's hardly the case. Your mental health is a joke to them.
Mind you, speaking about serious mental health in a review is not easy or comfortable in the least, but I don't want others to be put in this situation where their health is actually put at risk.
Not to mention most at the front desk were consistently rude. Wait times are ridiculous even if you're on time. The dentistry visits did more damage than fixing my teeth.

I thought I had found a caring Dr. She assured me she would help with not only my general health but mental health. But offering the bare minimum switching through and being dropped from serious medications. Now, going through withdrawal and without medications, I tried to get in touch with the Dr. I explained my symptoms, asked to speak with her as soon as possible to figure out any possible option to avoid being admitted to a hospital to do various issues including seizures. A note was left. Heard nothing back and called several times. They weren't actually going to call back was the case. Was on hold for 25 minutes, and told the only thing the Dr said was she was no longer going to be my Dr. A pathetic apology was given, told to find someone else and asked if I'd like to speak with a therapist.
Serious matters were treated as an absolute joke. Dr's, who are supposed to be professional with a patients health. To assure you that you are in good hands and to be dropped with a one sentence response through another individual.
This is your job. People's health, is your job.
Please do better.

I saw Dr. Rahul the dentist and had an absolutely horrible experience, I honestly never want to see a dentist again because of it! I had a tooth extracted and I was there for 2 hours! After an hour and a half of tugging and pulling on my tooth, swinging my head back and forth he FINALLY decided to x-ray my mouth and found that my roots are curved so traditional extraction won't work. I asked for nitrous 3 times and was denied each time, Dr. Rahul either ignored me when I asked for it or told me I would be just fine without it. I wasn't! He belittled me and didn't take my concerns seriously, he even laughed when I brought up a concern that my tooth extraction wasn't healing properly. I can't chew on that side of my mouth or even have my tongue touch the extraction area because even 3 weeks later it is still incredibly painful.

I tried to bring my concerns up with a manager, but every time I call she either isn't available or the phone just rings and rings with no answer and no voicemail. I really don't want anyone else going through what I went through, so I feel you need be warned do not get any dental work done here!

Went today because of infection in my tooth. What a wonderful place! They got me in the room so fast that I wasn't even done with my paperwork. They were only suppose to do xrays today but they knew how much pain I had been in so they kept me there and MADE time for me. They worked with me over payment (honestly they cared more about me than money).
Everyone was super friendly and understanding. My teeth aren't the greatest and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or ashamed . Very good energy at this place. There are two dentists a husband and wife and they each saw me so that way the other could finish so I didn't have to leave with my tooth still in. Sabrina was so warm and caring she didn't want me in any pain. I have had bad experiences with other dentist so I was anxious and jumpy she talked me through everything. I hum when I get anxiety or in pain they didn't make me feel bad over it at all!
In fact when the tooth was almost out she even told me to celebrate with her (So I hummed if you're happy and you know it) . Very professional yet still laid back staff members each one adding in the "hey you are welcome here" they showed so much care there that I seriously will not go to another dentist and when the time comes I will see how their doctor is. No one likes going to the dentist but at least now I can go to a dentist that I like!
They have a sliding scale fee ( great prices for ANY income) It was a very clean place. Nice size rooms and waiting room so you don't feel cluster phobic. I plan on switching my whole family over to this wonderful place.

Dr. James Noff was great. He performed a filling on me today and was very gentle and kind.
