Maria and Andrea provided invaluable assistance to my older sister with her bills. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, showing great understanding and empathy towards her mental and physical challenges. I wholeheartedly trust and recommend them to my family, should a similar situation arise in the future, Thank you so much for your work!

It’s frustrating to see discrimination when seeking help from organizations that claim to support equal opportunity. If you're not Hispanic or don't "look" the part, this place will deny your application outright, and their phone service is downright rude. I didn’t even apply for services—just asked about them—and was met with hostility and prejudice. Before you consider supporting businesses or charities like this, think about how they treat people who aren’t part of their preferred group. Why support or donate to organizations that wouldn’t lift a finger to help you or your kids? Please think about this when voting. My decision is made. Thanks!

Ask for A application to be mailed to me once I gave them my address they still mailed it to the old address. I believe it was done on purpose after three tries of trying to get application to the right address turned everything in. I was told I have to wait five months. Me and a few other ladies turned our applications in the same week both of them been Hispanic they bills are paid already me being African-American and I have to wait five months every two weeks I call and get a different answer each time first I was told I’m waiting on a caseworker that was three weeks ago today I’ve been told I’m still waiting on a caseworker and it can take up to five months. How do I know The other lady bills was paid because I reached out for services that she offer doing eyebrows. I messaged her and asked her for update and she replied that her bills were paid already. We was at the same location mailing our paperwork in is how I met her. It’s impossible for me to feel that I’m not being racially profiled.

Horrible service ..has been 2 months and all we get is the run around. Receptionist very rude and disrespectful and basically told me to “wait in line.” Go somewhere reliable and save the headaches
