Usually we do name brand hotels, but decided to try this place after reading the reviews. Totally agree — great stay, friendly host, clean room, convenient location in town. We sipped wine in the sitting garden out back, and had amazing coffee across the street at Fahrenheit Coffee. Perfect location for Mesa Verde.

I absolutely adored this little hostel. By far the nicest I have ever been to. Rooms were immaculate and charmingly decorated. Bathrooms were always very nicely cleaned and stocked. The ladies at the front desk were more than lovely and accommodating. One even did my laundry for me. Liked this place so much we came back the next day and book a second night! Will be back for an anniversary! 12/10!! Btw, Mancos is a darling little town.

Needed a place to lay our heads after an intense motorcycle ride along the million dollar highway. The innkeeper was extremely welcoming. Facilities were well kept. We stayed in the double queen room, but they offered single bed rooms as well as efficiencies.

There were a couple low key bars and a nice coffee spot right across the street.

What a charming and well-kept Hostal. The rooms and the common areas were clean and the staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathroom options. It is within walking distance from the restaurants in town. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

Be aware, you will fall in love with this cozy, homey, lovely place. Big indoor and outdoor common area with all the kitchen utensils. Bathrooms are very clean and enough space. Host is very helpful and welcoming. Bed is very comfy.

This place is a hidden gem in the San Juan mountains. I have never stayed in a more immaculate hotel in all of my travels. It seriously felt like coming home to my mom’s house after an endless exhausting journey. I lovvvvved the clean feeling of the bed and the shower. The kitchen was very quaint and inviting, I adored the coffee and tea station very much. AND they are dog friendly!
I cannot wait to come back! The way the owners and employees take care of the place is beautiful. Just wow. I’m so grateful for the rest and peace I found here along my travels

I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room and it was so clean and comfortable. Everyone was super nice. There is excellent food within a block of the inn. I also really enjoyed relaxing in the garden with my morning coffee. This is definitely the place to stay if you want peace and quiet.

Wow just wow… the amenities…. The sights the sounds of mancos…. We had a lovey time here at the mancos inn and hostel and most importantly the staff DO NOT JUDGE…. Hard to find a place like that nowadays with everyone always in everyone else’s business…. Welll not at the MANCOS INN. They know how a hostel and inn should be run…
