We donated one of our cars to Wheels for Wishes; the whole process was a breeze. I filled out the online form on their website, we got a call in two business days, the lady asked for the license plate or VIN, she checked the vehicle against DMV's data, and in 2 days they picked up the car. The guy who picked it up was very knowledgeable, and he told us what's next, what we have to do with the DMV about the car. In a week they sent us the acknowledgment of the donation, with an explanation about the tax receipt, and if they sell the car more than $500, we will receive the appropriate tax form from them before the 2019 tax season. I also donated some airline miles to the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and it was an easy process too.

That's the worse customer service , Bunch of lier and unresponsible people working in there. I will never deal with them again. 2 days wasting my time ,, setting at home and waiting for them to come to pick a FREE CAR .
At the end they never showed up.
When I called them , they didn't even care about it. Please give your donation to another company .

After they picked up my truck I got the runaround. Had to call them back three times to get the release of liability. They told me I would get it within 24 hours, that turned into 2 to 3 days and eventually about a week.
