I came as a guest to the pool. The people who maintain the area do a wonderful job. The water is clean but not over-chlorinated. The chairs & tables are fresh & not at all a sign of mildew. The guests are very friendly and welcoming. Well done Magnolia Springs. Your HOA fees are being well spent.

We had our church Small Group Christmas Party here. Nice venue for a large group to get together. Full kitchen, fire place, plenty of comfortable seating.

Working, I was delivering pizzas to the pool area and the Security staff was very helpful! Got me into the pool area, helped me find my customers and let me out. And was very friendly as well, didn't make me feel like I was putting him out at all.

Wasn't so much the place as it was the people that were in attendance. Could use more parking!! It was a beautiful day for a graduation party.
