I want to share my impressions about Lutheran Social Service.
It is very difficult for refugees in America at first, because there are a lot of documents and tasks. I want to thank Anna, who is always in touch, she answers emails very quickly and always picks up the phone. This is a very responsible employee who will always help you. Today I had to go for biometrics, I needed transportation, Anna kindly agreed to take me, spent time with me in this center and took me home. Many thanks for help and support.
