Gave them (Doug) all of my information, they assured me they’d be able to help. They wouldn’t answer the phone and when they finally did they said they tried weeks ago to reach me but they had all of my info. My final call, they said they couldn’t help at all after all of that. Very disappointing, I would’ve tried other routes had I known
