I do not recommend their community gardens. They discriminate against people who don’t have living relatives or an emergency contact. They likely do other good things in the community where they don’t discriminate. However, my only experience with them was through their community garden. It was a very negative and hurtful experience. Response to Eric. It is discrimination if one does not have an emergency contact and is therefore being denied access based on not having an emergency contact. Don’t try to spin this as hurt feelings. I should be able to participate in my community or the world even if I have no living relatives, spouse or children.
