Drove over yesterday to donate an item. After waiting 7 minutes with no one around, a woman drove in, she stated she was assistant Executive director of LifeLine, she was very rough in her communications, she was rude , we were left with a decision to never donate there again..

Pacific Lifeline is truly a Godsend for women with children in need. Although they are not an emergency shelter, (they will refer you to emergency shelters), If you are fortunate to be one of the families that they are able to help, you will have will receive housing, therapy, case management, many resources that you need, and the best part is that they don't charge you! These place is a family for life.

Personnel were very rude and very impersonal.
I donated a brand new bicycle still in the box! I decided I'd rather throw it in the trash before I donate to them again!!

They said they don’t provide emergency shelter help. Only takes 4 families at a time for a year and are currently full. Can only provide phone numbers to other shelters. I can call domestic violence hotline for that. Basically can’t help you.
