I needed my license renewed and it was so fast! (I went around 3:45pm on a Friday.) The employees were all really nice! The lines where you take a number seemed to be moving fast as well! Again all the employees were very nice and professional!

I recently moved here from overseas and I worked with Ms. Rooney to get my vehicle properly registered. Not only did she help me through everything very kindly and respectfully, but she also gave the appropriate details and information I needed not just for the visit, but for any follow-on actions as well.

I really enjoyed the experience, and am glad to have had someone as helpful as Ms. Rooney.

I liked the review.

Well, usually the DMV isn't too bad. The employees are there just doing their jobs. They can't help that they only have 2 employees working at a time when they literally have 12 windows/lanes.

Granted, The Virus has changed some things, but it shouldn't take over an hour to get inside and then another hour once you're inside. Seriously something wrong with staffing and/or policy.

I came here and waited 1 hour and 12 min. There is lady there she said you need a letter for removing the lien holder. I went and came the next day and again I waited 1 and a half hours and another staff member told me that I don’t need a letter to remove lien holder. It cost me 3 hours spending in the line. It is how it is. If you don’t know your job, why are you still there.

I moved from Columbus,Ohio to Little Rock last week. I stopped in to get license and registration. I read the bad reviews and didn’t know what to expect. Well I was lucky enough to have Diane Mitchell take care of me. She was fantastic. We laughed abd joked around a bit. 10 stars for this fabulous lady.

Very large facility with very large amounts of customers, to match. The wait lines and times are long - which is to be expected. All of the Motor Vehicle Offices are busy.

The closing time is 4:30 and they will lock the doors after that time…slowly releasing customers back outside after they’re finished. So, you may not leave until close to 6PM like we did.

This place has some of the rudest people working here. I went to get my license renewed, and sat my old one on the counter. After ignoring me for a minute, the woman looked at me and said “I held out my hand for you to put it in it “(which I guess I didn’t see). And would not pick up the license. I had to place it in her hand. REALLY!!! Is there a rule that prevents her from picking it up!!!!

UPDATE: The downtown office said there were no emails saying the system was down at all. So they lied and denied us service. And they won't answer the phones.
If you don't want to help/do your job, why did you apply? There was no clear communication and when a few, plus me, asked questions about our situations, the attitude was beyond disrespectful. I feel like the system is down announcement is to allow them to be lazier than they already are. State office workers are the worst right up there with McDonald's workers.

Fantastic experience! The lady who assisted me at Station 10 was very nice, kind and welcoming to me as a new resident of Arkansas. Fast service. She even told me about sites to visit here. Very sweet lady. She explained how everything works here thoroughly.
