The lady that checks you in is always so rude which is so sad considering this should be a place for comfort and help in a hard time for many! It always makes the experience awful!

The woman who signed you in is very rude and prejudice. They do not help because they ask for proof of address and they will tell you one thing over the phone and when they see you in person, they will act like as if they messed up on some of the information, I was told that they Would help even though I was outside of their area and when I get there, she gave me a list of numbers for other food banks that are out of service and forced me to show proof of address even though I have a drivers license that has my current address and I was told that My drivers license was proof of address even the coworker said that the lady at the front desk is really mean to people so I think that she Should not be allowed to work there because she is not a help to people in need nor is she kind
So please look for any other food bank before going to this one And she also let someone else that lived in my area who had the same ZIP Code get help from there, but for whatever reason, she told me that I was not in her area and turned me away

It's a useless organization just like a joke, they don't help homeless people cause they need proof of adresss, wth...?!? what an embarrasment you should be ashamed of using a religious name while you only prefer to fill the trunks of people who come there with their cars, instead of helping the ones who are really hungry..!!

Is a walk from the bus stop, but these people are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you with food, clothing, and more if they are able to. This is a charity, not fast food. Don't expect things. They help with what they can and are VERY generous. They really try to help you get through longer than just the next few days. Times are hard, be thankful for what you have.

Busy earlier, staff chooses order of service.. Not on a first come first serve basis...Non-English clients are priority serviced.. Camilla McGee is one of the most inappropriate staff members, will 'refuse' you service. If you choose to mention that you were not serviced in order! Visit at your own risk... Don't expect the sign in order to matter!! Avg wait for English speakers over an hour!
