I had the pleasure of doing business with LinkUs. Great initial impressions. Given 3 days to talk to consider and change the quote before it goes into contract. They were completely MIA. No responds to texts, phone calls or emails. I had to go through our builder in order for anything to happen. Finally when the overpriced add-ons were done, 2 of the data drops are only 100 mb/s, and 1 completely not working. Also another was not finished. Each cable was $200. That’s way too expensive, and you only get 1 cable per room, not dual cables per room. I can get a 250 ft roll of UDP cable for an easy $100 if not less. That’s enough for 2 rooms. I had to spend $400 for the same. Also the terminations were not shielded, the most basic materials. I wish the builders would drop these guys and save everyone a headache.

The Sacramento/Rocklin branch cares about their employees and employees family as much as they do their customers.. they don’t. Sales team members raise their voices at customers who question certain things and sound insincere. They give employees less hours and say sorry bud not enough hours to go around. They push the contract on to customers when they say they need time to review it.

Overall = misleading, unprofessional, care more about the higher ups well being then then lower employees.
