I’m a hospice nurse and I visit a lot of facilities and see a lot of the behind the scenes stuff that regular families don’t always see. I love this facility and highly recommend it. They care for their residents as if they are their own loved family members. It’s a very clean facility and the food they make looks and smells amazing. I would put my own grandmother here. Highly, and enthusiastically recommend.

Ever since moving our Mother to the Pearland location last year and the subsequence visits I have made, I'm extremely comfortable with the support/care she is given on a daily basis. All the caregivers are very attentive to all the residents needs and I have never witnessed/heard of any negative reactions a challenging resident may exhibit. The meal preparations are literally 'home cooked' meals prepared fresh every meal. I am completely 'at ease' with our decision to use this organization that utilizes a 'home' environment versus a memory care facility that uses an apartment style group living environment that my Mother previously was staying.

Mom (now 102) has been a resident of the Pearland Light Heart facility for over 2 years. The caretakers (Claudia, Amy, Patricia, Laurie, Mica and Kirby) treat her like their own mother. All the residents are cared for as if they were relatives and I and my sister and brother are grateful for the care they receive. I would recommend any of the Light Heart homes to anyone looking for help in caring for their family.

Light Heart Memory Care Pearland was a blessing to our family. Placing our mother here was one of the best decisions our family made. The Light Heart house gave us a welcoming home environment for mom. From the home cooked meals, activities and staff mom was never alone or in need of company. We became family with staff and shared many laughs and meals together. The one on one attention and relationships built with my mom by staff gave us...the family... peace of mind that she was well taken care of and happy. Being part of the Light Heart family has and will continue to be a blessing.
