The meals on wheels taste good,
But most of the people who deliver are rude,or leave the food outside my door(which the supervisor told me they arent supposed to do).

Yesterday nobody came at all.
Ive talked to the supervisor several times and nothing has changed.
I called 3 times today and nobody answered even though they are open.

I just got a call back and they said they dont know why nobody came,asked if i still want the deliveries,and gave me a number to call on the weekends (which i had called already and nobody answered)

Id almost prefer being hungry.
They need to hire people who are not rude,impatient,or condescending.
I shouldnt have to be worried about getting harassed by the people delivering meals to me.

I love working for this company and have for going on 8 years now but when you try to move up with the company they would rather hire outside the company or hire someone who hasn't been with the company very long instead of giving it to someone deserving....
I know they are going to see this because it will not let me do it anonymously!

I have a group that volunteers there on Mondays. After the group is done, they have lunch with senior's .

I love the mission of this organization. I’ve been involved for more than a decade and my kids carry on the tradition. There is something so wholesome about delivering food and friendliness to those who need it. Easy to volunteer and engage.

Life care alliance is such a great resource! All of the employees are so kind, and they are able to help out and answer questions in minutes. Whenever I travel abroad, I always reach out to Life Care Alliance because they are very reliable. They are the best resource in Columbus, in my opinion! Thank you 🙂

Anyone wanting to get meals delivered I recommend do not use this place, I was told this company is mostly volunteer workers and they don't seem to care about doing their job. When they deliver I never know if they are going to bring right food or not. They give me bag of food and have to call a lot because didn't get right order, sometimes they make up for it sometimes they don't. The agency that pays for my meals has also said they've been hearing more complaints lately too. There are other senior meal delivery places out there try them.
