I have very mixed feelings about the R.O.S.E. thrift shop, but I will say what they do as a food pantry is amazing. We do have several places in town that help you get food for your family, but none will give you as much as the ROSE. They also will give free clothing to those in need. However, I should also mention you're very limited on how often you can receive items. I believe you're allowed 3 or 4 vouchers per year but it may not be that many.

They do have a nice thrift store, with excellent prices. Sometimes you can find really nice stuff in there. It doesn't happen often because the volunteers go through the items and they take what they want first.

The store is usually, at least mostly clean. They tend to have all the items where they go, even though they're not in any kind of order. So, for example, all the ladies pants are on one rack. So, the first pair may be a size 1 faded glory and the next a 16 Cato's. They just don't have any order to them... I would still say the prices make up for that. Plus, the employees are always so friendly and so helpful!

If you need clothes, furniture, small appliances, kitchenware, or just about anything else, you should at least take a chance and give them a look. You'll probably find something you need, or at least something you want. Besides, it's for a good cause since you're helping feed the hungry.

This place is great! I found my grandson two new still with tags on suit jackets for $2.50 each. The people who work here are so nice and so encouraging when you're feeling down or having a difficult time. Thanks Rose for all you do!

The only reason I left a one-star is because you have to leave one in order to leave a review. If you're looking for some help or some food you might as well save your gas and your time and go somewhere else because these people are not any help whatsoever
