I absolutely love these folks. They are helpful every time I have been there... a couple things were off on one of my first visits ten years ago, but they took the time to walk me through all I needed so I didn't have another wasted trip. The number of other times I have been there, things went just as they should. BUT NOW... I just got a call from Charla (hope I got the spelling correct) out of the blue telling me an option I have for a new piece of property we bought where I can save money on my taxes. Damn! Just... DAMN! So awesome!!!

Very positive experience today. Young lady named Becca helped me today and was wonderful. I have had Christy and Jessica help me in the past and I have always had positive experiences. Call ahead and make sure you have all your paperwork and you will be good to go. You can't get mad at the clerks if you are not prepared.

This place is always very clean and a nice environment to come to. Now I will admit some days they will be understaffed with only a single person on the windows, but everyone that I have every dealt with has been very friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is definitely the only place I have enjoyed going to to get my tags or anything!

Worst experience of my life. The lady that helped my with registering my car gave me an attitude the entire time. She said my divorce paperwork wasn’t real since it was from California. She said she couldn’t prove that I was the petitioner in the divorce and didn’t ask me to show her where in the paperwork it said that information. Then she proceeded to register my car in the wrong name without telling me. Then she proceeded to walk me out to my car so she could take a picture of my VIN number and prove it was my car. It wasn’t until we left the office and she took a picture of my VIN that she finally handed me my paperwork and I found out she put it in the wrong name. I now have to pay the fees to get my registration fixed and hope to god she isn’t working the same day that I try to get it fixed. This place is horrible with costumer service. If you don’t like helping customers then don’t work a customer service job.

The whole entire tag staff is so nice & easy to work with. They let you know what u need, how to get what u need, but most of all they HELP!
I always seem get Jessica & she is AWESOME!
She goes above and beyond as well as the other ladies that work beside her. ❤

I went in to get a tag today, arrived at 4:03 due to being held up in traffic from an accident. I got off work early to do this and explained to the clerk what happened. I understand policies, however, there was NOBODY else in the office and the clerk was sitting at her window doing absolutely nothing. They close at 4:30. I asked her how long it took to process a title and she proceeded to tell me about 15-20 mins. It’s now 4:05 so I don’t understand. The “customer service” I received today left ALOT to be desired! Pitiful!
