Worst experience I’ve ever had. He can’t remember anything and has zero care. He will tell you that you don’t have to attend court but in reality you do. He will forget he told you that and go insufficient on your bond. He will act like he has done nothing wrong. He should not be practicing law when people’s lives are in his hands. I will never recommend anyone to hire him. He lies. Do not give him your money.

Did not help with case. Ignored phone calls. Was a no show in court once. Arrived over an hour late to court twice. If you value your time and or freedom do not do business with this attorney. I believe the punishment was more severe because the judge was frustrated with Mr. Barton’s antics and complete disregard and respect of the court.

He is the worst Lawyer ever! Does not return phone calls, does not explain your case in detail, and just lies about everything. Gives clients bad advice and doesn't follow through with anything he says he's going to do.

No one kept me notified on what was going on with my case. I called numerous times to check on it, and hasn't heard anything back from the paralegal until I left him a message upon recieving a warrant notice in the mail a week later. Poor service, I'm afraid.
