These people dont help unless you are in “imminent “ danger. Whatever that means. You could be dead by the time someone helps you.

What kind of a crisis/domestic violence center doesn't answer the phone or email? It takes so much strength to ask for help and they can't even answer the phone? This is my 2nd NEGATIVE experience with the Latimer House (both instances I was trying to offer assistance to victims of abuse). It is heartbreaking to think of how many people are not getting services they desperately need due to the negligence of this organization.
