I've called so many times and you can't get ahold of anyone. It just says sorry there is no one to take your call and asks you to leave a message. I've tried leaving numerous messages too and no calls back or anything. I hear they are helpful, but I can't get through to anyone no matter what time of day or day of the week I call. Wish there was someone I could talk to. I want to sign up for the events but they tend to be 45 mins away. I've called and called and called for help but no luck sadly

Latched support is a great place where they provide detailed classes ranging from prenatal, birth, newborn, and parenting. After attending sessions you get free materials such as diapers and other baby items which helps a lot. They have some hands on classes as well every month.

I have been coming to Latched at the Rivas Street location since October of 2021. I absolutely love the staff, especially Ms. Gabby. I have bonded with her as one mother to another, we enjoy our visits every month, sharing experiences of motherhood and just connecting. That’s REALLY what it’s all about, staying connected. I have taken their online courses, a potty training and tantrum prevention class so far. I love it! Thank God for this program and its services!

Great support group for Parent's with plenty our resources! Monthly diaper bank, classes on all topics children, lactation/breastfeeding help, clothing and food assistance as well. Customer service is on point! Staff is friendly and helpful over & above. Great place! Thanks.

Absolutely love what this organization provides this community. I have not used their breastfeeding support, which probably would have saved me from so much anxiety and stress as a new mom. But I have taken many of the parenting classes offered the past few months and I always walk away with something new to be a better parent. The diaper assistance is very much appreciated. Really love what you all do here for the San Antonio area.
