Was happy to get what I needed done even though it took two trips.
I believe the appointment making process could be a little easier to find/navigate and I'm a rather tech savvy person. Just finding the right places online to make the correct appointment with the correct office seemed like it could be made to stand out a bit more. Also, the scheduling process makes it seem like you will have an appointment set out a bit, and sometimes the availability is quick and sometimes it's further out.
When I sat waiting for my appointment that I scheduled and waited for ....I watched two "walk-ins" get told that they can be seen right away and I figured I should've just done that instead of my longer route.
The fact that it's 4 months into 2023, I feel like their work force should've recovered and it should be a bit faster.

Super pleased with my experience today! Came in around 8:30 this morning as a walk-in to get license plates and tags for my new car. I walked up to the kiosk and got a walk-in ticket. My number was called back in less than 5minutes. Andrea was very kind and patient. She helped me with everything I needed and I was out of there in 30 minutes!

One thing I despise more than canned peas is the DMV. HOWEVER, Larimer County DMV has really turned my opinion around. They make the process quick, easy, and painless. I went to get disabled veteran plates, and they assisted me with gaining a letter from the Vet Service Office in the same building (they were also totally professional). THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
