Zero star rating.. i found an item on the FB page last night i was interested in, arrived at the store at 8:55am this morning, an employee opened the door right at 9:00am, i walk in and see the item im interested in fairly close to the door. I told the employee that opened the door i wanted to purchase this item, she said ok they will cash you out at the counter and to pull around the side on building and will load it up for me. Next thing i know another employee came running up saying the item was on hold.. i asked how that was when im the first and only customer in the store as soon as the door opened.. her reply was someone called this morning and we are holding it for them.. i replied that doesnt make sense cause the store just opened. Only thing she could say after that is its on hold. My response was so this item has not been paid for and you will not sell it to me? She replied NO..
Needless to say my family and i have purchased items and donated alot of items to this store over the years, moving forward we will be purchasing and donating elsewhere.

I have been in thier many times and not once have I bought anything. Always been over priced. I only go in thier in hopes maybe they will change. I find much better deals on facebook.

Your prices are over inflated! Vests for $10, a jacket for $60! Shoes that have been in your inventory for months, your CEO is as greedy as Goodwill!

They are quite pricey on some items, reasonable on others. It's definitely not your bargain basement thrift store, but they are clean, organized, and staff is usually helpful and friendly. Their eco paint is pretty good, I've used it (limited colors).

Honestly this is the best place. So nice and affordable. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and professional. I've been going here more than a year. No idea how a "local guide" could be so wrong. You should consider the source.

Thrift store shopping at retail prices and staff thats rude as hell. Knock yourself out
Because I got a response...I'll go further. Heavy set girl with ball cap working register. I politely asked if she was working alone she said "yeah". She had a line, so I brought items to the other end of the counter 5 in total. I brought them to her...she was busy, and I had a question. 3 matching kitchen canisters..for flour,sugar, etc.marked 7, 6, and 5 dollars...I wanted them all, when I set them down, she said.."can you get a cart" i said "no, I just had a pricing question " and she curtly said "what, they aren't marked?" Just curt, rude and hating life...I put the stuff back and left.
