Lafayette is a nice town but the old town neighborhood struggles with people regularly leaving piles of beer cans, pooping in the bushes, and graffiti. Occasionally there are people screaming in a fit of rage in the middle of the night walking down the sidewalk.

The Chamber is easy to access with a good location by the corner of the Public Road and South Boulder Road. I've been able to easily get in and out without waiting in lines. I've also had good success being able to call and request information, with its delivery being prompt and without waiting.

Located in the lower level of the City of Lafayette City Hall building. In the space that was once the library and then the police department. The Chamber runs many of the city events and festivals.

While I didn't visit the Chamber of Commerce I did visit the Peach Festival which was great fun with lots of craft booths and lots of peaches. You should look for it around this time of year in August.
