We had so much fun here! Be prepared to make new friends and have lots of memories. If you are getting around on a bicycle, make sure you have aggressive tire tread and let a little bit of air out of your tires so you won’t be like me and have three popped tires and then have to order new off-road tires to replace the city tires.

Easy access to mostly level open area sites. Camping on dirt and rocks, you will fill dirty by evening. This site is closest to RV show area and Tyson Wells vendor's area. There are a lot of off road side-by-side vehicles driving around sites adjacent to Tyson wash and they produce a lot of dust. If you want a quieter and less dust, camp at La Posa South, where there are dump stations, potablwater, and vault toilets. Can't beat the $40.00 for two weeks camping.

Stayed in Tyson Wells section. Quiet, clean, and well maintained. Look to be putting in 4 position dump station.

It's nice and pretty quiet except for the ATVs. Someone put mufflers on them please!!! The vault toilets are always out of toilet paper and the toilet stool is always disgusting. Who sprays poop that much? You may need to see a doctor. Would be nice if there was a covered picnic table area

Not you cheapest option to desert camping, but nice to have trash, and at south, water and a dump. They have upgraded things a bit, fixing the first creek crossing and added lights to the vault toilets.

Beautiful wide-open spots, not too crowded in mid March, and in April. There is sewer, dump, potable water, and dumpsters available.
In Quartzsite, which is two minutes drive away, there is laundry, showers, and a nice dog park. I always enjoy my stay here.
