How can you not love a senior center? We had my grandfather Howard's 99th birthday in April at this location and the staff was very helpful and provided us with some assistance with some things that needed to be taken care of. Plus from what I hear from my Annie Kay and her husband it's kind of a hotspot to have a little dance party. So thank you too the La Junta senior center for helping us throw a very memorable 99th birthday for Howard Martin.

Wonderful place to do some quiet reading at while sipping my morning coffee. It's awesome they provide us with the La Junta City Transit, meals on wheels, and information about senior care & living.

They have a great friendly staff oh, and you can call for a dollar rise one way on the city transit but you have to call first in order to obtain. With the covid-19 all riders must wear a mask at all time .The seniors that all go there seem to have fun they have lots of things for them to do including mealtime and they have dances and it's just a great place for them to meet up. They do offer Meals on Wheels.. They are very professional in their services and friendly and kind.
