I put in an order last night to pick up early this morning for a birthday breakfast treat for my kid. First, I ordered the Paris donuts and I went to order the 3 pack instead of each donut one by one. As you can see on the pictures, before adding it to my cart, it was $7.69 for the 3 pack and after adding it, it changed to $8.89. This was not including any taxes or fees, it just upped the price. So I went back and ordered the donuts individually and it stayed the correct price. When I got home, I noticed they didn’t look at all like the pictures or descriptions. The chocolate and the creme brûlée didn’t have any toppings. They were just plain. And after taking a bite, it was clear that these were day old donuts. This is just pure laziness and extremely disappointing.

Just left this store. They called this “Iced caramel specialty latte” - see the pic. My husband said the coffee is not correct but the workers said they don’t have the ingredients, no milk, no sauces, didn’t bother to remake my drink and still proceeded to charge us regular price $5.39 plus tax for this. This is beyond ridiculous.

This was trash as expensive as these donuts are and I work in a donut shop these were not the correct size and shaped crazy. Plus this chiller is not up to par more little chunky ice then a chillers and it’s watery

Okay I will be one of the first to say that I was tickled pink 20+ years ago when Krispy Kreme finally came to Houston. There's nothing more satisfying for the sweet tooth then getting a hot Krispy Kreme donut fresh off the conveyor belt. This location is actually better than average, and the service is friendly and professional. Price range. The donuts are well with in the price range of all the other donut shops in and around Houston except for the specialty gourmet shops that charge anywhere from $10 to $12 a donut. I was hurting to see that Krispy Kreme now has cinnamon rolls on a limited basis until they are sold out for the day and I did not make it in time so I cannot attest how well they taste. I would definitely go here again the next time I find myself headed to the airport and needing a sweet tooth first thing in the morning. Otherwise the chances of me getting a hot donut lessen.

Had the most amazing experience at this Krispy Kreme! We drove a long distance to get here due to there only need two in the Houston area. The employees here were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond for us today. The donuts especially the pumpkin spice cake were amazing!!! Krispy Kreme open more brick and mortar stores!

The donuts and service were great! I've been to Krispy Kreme in other states, first time to this location but I was in the area and decided to stop by a Saturday afternoon. The donuts were delicious, visually appealing, and the staff was fast and friendly. I just wish there were locations north of Houston like in Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Willis. Overall, a great choice for donuts!

Wished they had more of a variety of donut. Employee looked inpatient when I was trying to decide what donut. Sorry I only come to this location maybe once or twice a year since it is not close to me. Otherwise, donuts tasted great

Sign says hot now. Made u turn to come get em. Got the things and they were not hot! Not even warm. The lady in the drive thru wanted to argue with me and insist they were. The glazed is crumbling all over the place. So I go in and talk to another associate and show her the donuts. She does the same thing as the first girl. So I had to get a refund. I’m done with this place. I’ll go spend money ANYWHERE else. Never here, never again
