I inquired about applying for citizenship. The woman who guided us was very unfriendly. Instead of providing guidance kindly, she gave selfish advice without any consideration of the other person's position or circumstances. I recommend that no one receive immigration-related counseling there.

they are the excellent people who help me a lot regarding a lot of different issues. Please support these people!!!
update as 12/27/21: went today for booster shot. I went there earlier at 7:30 am because I heard they open at 8:00am. I thought I got there earlier but there are so many people waiting outside waiting for booster shot. I was wondering why there so many people but realize from a person who was vaccinating me that they are giving out $100 incentives...lol...
well so if you want to get really booster shot here in order to avoid long lines, I suggest to get there at least one hour or one hour and half earlier!!! or if you make an appointment, you dont have to wait on long line but I heard its really hard to do the appointment through phone or nyc.org website. They open from 8am to 8pm. Also, there is a second line available inside vaccation site for those 5yrs to 11yrs with one guardian per child allowed.

My mother goes to the Senior Day Care here and I can’t say enough great things about this program! The staff is so kind and attentive. They make my Mom feel very special and cared for. She comes home and talks about the nutritional advice they gave her that day, and eats based on what she learned. She has balance issues and they taught her a safe and easier way to get up from her chair, and she loves the prizes she wins at bingo. They remind her to take her lunch meds, and because my Mom has a stomach condition that severely effects her appetite, one of the staff named Stephanie pays special attention and makes sure Mom eats at least half her lunch, and gives me a daily report of how much she ate that day.

I participated with my Mom on her free trial day, so I can attest to how delicious and nutritious the Korean food they serve is. Everything tasted perfectly seasoned and the meat is always tender, which is great because my Mom wears dentures. I can also personally attest to how attentive and genuinely kind the staff is.

This place was a great find, and I’m so grateful for all that they do for my Mom.

I came here for boost shot with good experience. I got some information to share…
8am to 8pm, 7 days - close at Christmas and New Year. Last appointment at 7:30 with last shot at 7:45. There are two lines that kids under 11 is a separately line. Talk to the staff if you have an appointment that can be served faster.

This place is such an integral part of the Korean American community here in New York. They offer a wide variety of services and are problem solvers for those who may be marginalized as limited English proficient individuals. Special thanks to Taewon Kim, who helped my mom renew her health insurance- he even stayed past normal business hours to ensure that my mom was taken care of.

It is questionable whether someone who is not good at English needs to be in this place to be helpful. The information provided by the immigration department staff and the method of proceeding by the attorney was different. When I called again after the visit to ask additional questions, there was not enough time to ask, and the attorney rushed me to ask and hung up without even saying bye. Nice manner! Is it very normal for someone who needs legal advice to have many questions? There was no callback and I don't think it will be worth using in the future at least me.

I came here to get the Pfizer vaccine. You can schedule an appointment or just walk-in. Either way the wait was not bad at all. They were very quick and efficient. They maintain a clean environment.
