These people really don't care about anyone but themselves. They sit in the office and take almost 5 hours to call you back. It took talking to a Supervisor to finally get any information. I was told that there are other family's to take care of and that mine is not a priority pretty much. The world and the people in it just do not care anymore. They would rather watch a family starve then to help them.

They helped me find the paper work I needed they didnt just piont and say that way in a sad voice they made feel important which you should never be ashamed to be poor we make the rich rich you know were all just trying to work raise a family and live

If the workers acted like they actually cared it would be better but they are scared to deal with the public and if they don't like you they won't help you. When you ask for someone to call you it usually never happens.

A joke. Rude. Slow to return phone callls, if returned at all. Make excuses that employees are working remotely. I maintain that there is a remote chance that they work at all.
