LAURA IS TERRIBLE!!!! Has no sense of compassion for her clients!!! She will cancel her classes and not take accountability for it. You will NOT finish you court referral because of her and staff. She will harass you and threaten to drop you from the program just because she can. This is not okay, this is not legal, this is not ethical work!!! You shouldn’t be WORKING HERE LAURA if you do not want to serve your community. They provide extremely terrible service. Please avoid this place at all cost. The amount of stress you will receive from this place will make you want to relapse. Stay strong there are other agencies willing to help you and support you in your journey to recovery. This place is not it. I truly hope management sees this review and quickly makes positive changes. This is Not the way business should be done. Let’s not forget you charge for your terrible service. You should be ashamed with the service you provide to your clients.

That place has a lot of negative disrespectful workers and counselors I have never had this type of ugly feeling when calling or entering, any business or other company in my life .I will keep each and every one that works at that place in my prayers God help this situation. God bless everyone that's attending. It takes the sweet love of God to change any situation,it all possible through Christ.

The women in the office are rude. They have huge attitude issues and always seem to give snarky remarks, even if it is over the phone. I have been hung up on and left on hold on purpose. Terrible lack of professionalism at this establishment.

They try to charge you for every little thing, like certificate prints, rescheduling classes, etc,.
Their building is ratty and dirty. You would think that with all the money they charge they would be able to provide a clean establishment, chairs that aren't broken or disgusting, and a clean restroom. The city should investigate its sanitation.

i called 4 times over 3 hours no answer i had a simple question i needed to know, i need to do to do this place to get my license back but had to illegally drive there because no one answered the phone. I walk in, call the number and it rang and there was no one there to get it. What if got pulled over driving there just to ask a question. Doing the right thing isnt as easy as people think when places are like this.

Impossible to complete classes with ease. Disorganized, rude and unprofessional at times. It really sucks when they’re the only ones who can help!

Nobody wants a dui. But if you get one these people will help you through your process. They are good people rosie, and Laura, and Pam and jonny were the ones I worked with.
