Has the Kroger Union looked into these automatic security guards replacing real nighttime security guards jobs?
Has anyone played fallout 76 here? Why are we designing robots to automatically call police when people trespass and record video? And if there is a person watching these cameras, are they getting paid as much as two security guards? In my job this is two people's jobs because someone needs to be there to respond and make sure that the police are doing their job correctly. And to potentially diffuse the situation. Furthermore, having a real person on the site guarantees that any maintenance issues or damage the building is reported as quickly as possible. If you need a selfish reason to do this, it saves you money on insurance.
(Edit because I realize people's critical thinking skills and object identification abilities have been ruined by AI and misinformation.)

I have regularly shopped at this location for years and never had issues until today, when I am scheduled to pick up a 6 foot sandwhich from the deli for a baby shower which was placed 5 days before hand and was met with the fact nobody had it?!?! The deli manager was very rude, unprofessional and not willing to help or fix the situation. I thankfully was able to speak to the store manager, Christina and she was a angel. She helped get my sandwiches and compensated for my trouble as well as threw in some baby balloons.
I was very upset to begin with but I'm so thankful for Christina!

I will return because its my neighborhood and favorite kingsoopers but will never do business with deli department as long as their management sucks.

I shop there every day.There's a few staff members there that are super cool. However, due to the strike, I couldn't go shopping at night. Time felt like I was harassed by some employees.And even though I go shopping there every day, there's a few people there that constantly act like we're there to steal something. As much as I need the place to shop because it's within walking distance of my apartment.They could definitely work on customer service.

I stopped by this store because I forgot some items and was in the area (I don’t normally shop at this King Soopers). They are understaffed here. I realize it is a small store but you need more people. The security guard is also very rude and unhelpful. When customers need help at the self-checkout, he is unable to help them apparently. You need to hire people who are qualified and have some sense of customer service.

Overall, it is a great place for groceries. However, I noticed the employee, but the first name of Josh working the Self-Checkout was very passive-aggressive with an older gentleman who accidentally used a "Cash Only" register. During the few moments I was there, he was using profanity towards the gentleman after he left the store. It was very unprofessional.

I gave them 4 stars cause they ripped me off on my chicken I bought. Went in to pick up an order for Roadie so was in a hurry, I went to grab a 4 piece chicken for $5 which usually has a leg, thigh, wing and a breast and some mac n cheese that was under the grab and go warmer they have. When I finally got a chance to eat the chicken, it had a leg, thigh, and two wings. It was missing the breast. That was the main piece I wanted.

I am very upset with this store. Today I was shopping and when I was scanning my products, an American approached me to search the bags of my products when I had not yet finished paying. At least I should have waited for her to pay so I could compare the product with the goods.

I've shopped here for the last 18 years. I've made friends with the employees during that time. To see Kroger pay for commercials on TV constantly during this strike is disgusting. TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOYAL EMPLOYEES. Shame on Kings.
