I had a great experience at King City DMV . Under an hour for all my questions, answers and applying for a California license. They were more efficient and helpful than Paso Robles DMV.. I went to PR. 4 times and got NO help whatsoever with an issue I had . King City jumped right up and took care of me . Issue resolved.. license received..

Very good experience. I was greeted by very nice friendly lady who knew the process well. Once I was called up the DMV clerk was efficient it took maybe 10 minutes at the most to renew my license with new photo and finger printed. I would definitely advise to make an appointment though if you can.

The greeter was a large woman with blonde hair giving me attitude when I had a simple question. Management should hire people who want to actually work. They’re not getting paid just to be making face to the public and making them struggle even more instead of actually helping them.

We were surprised by the negative reviews. All of the staff we encountered were very polite, helpful, and informative. We were in and out within a few minutes of our appointments for our Real IDs. It’s hard to believe that a DMV experience can be pleasant but this one was.
