Of foundation where people are the focus

J'ai acheté une maison léguée à la fondation en vente publique. Pendant la période précédant la vente, la maison a été laissée à l'abandon et a subi des dégâts suite à une fuite d’eau. La fondation n'a même pas fait intervenir l'assurance du défunt, ce qui démontre leur inefficacité dans la gestion du patrimoine légué. La maison a été vendue sans mention d'un vice caché grave : ici la présence de mérule. De plus, seules de belles photos avaient été publiées en ligne. Je me retrouve donc avec cette grosse surprise. Une fois la vente effectuée, la fondation ne répond plus et ne prend aucune responsabilité. Pour moi, ce fut vraiment une mauvaise expérience. Je suis convaincu qu'aujourd'hui, seuls les aspects financiers comptent, ce qui ne reflète pas l'éthique du Roi Baudouin. En tout cas, je ne donnerai plus un sou à cette organisation et j'encouragerai mon entourage à faire de même.

Bon accueil + un peu dommage que on ne vous fait pas une petite intro avec un listing de ce qui peut être en offre.. plutôt que de vous demander à plusieurs reprises ce que vous attendez de leur part ! J, étais un peu intimidé.. comme toute personne qui malgré les recherches sur internet, ne connait toujours pas le menu de ce qui est sur la table !
