Wonderful place offering therapy for children and youth, and young adults in Placer County. They have a really nice waiting room with DVDs for kids to watch if you're going to be there for a little bit.

This program has been a blessing to my family! We started when my daughter was 6 months old and graduated when my daughter was 3. in 2020 The world was very different then and KidsFirst was so educational and helpful. I am a first time mom and have no idea what I am doing, but I know I want to be a better mom then what I had growing up.. Kids First has made that possible! They have helped us during the holidays and have helped my husband and I when we needed them. I will forever be thankful for this program and for my mentor Genesis!

Waiting list for services is a bit long but that's the case everywhere. Once you get to the head of the line though, things move pretty fast. The case managers are attentive and can help connect you with many resources locally and within Kids First. The counselors are kind and professional.
