I would recommend this location and this team to every and anyone! To start off, we toured 10 venues and Ken Caryl Vista was the only one where we felt all of our questions were answered and we were truly listened to. All of our planning meetings were punctual, clear and concise, and overall relieving. We worked with Heidi, Kade, and Jenna throughout our entire process. Even though we had meetings with each person separately, they each knew our wedding plan and vision. Jenna was my day of coordinator, and she was AMAZING! Any snag we ran into, she approached very calm and collected. My dress did not have a bustle, but she helped my pin my train with all of my amazon purchased beaded safety pins (this was not easy). Kade and Heidi were our confidants when it came to picking colors, food, and smaller details. On the catering staff, Katie was the sweetest person to take over for Jenna when the ceremony arrived. She made sure our cues were on time and made the reception flow flawlessly! I was sending changes and questions 24 hours before the day and everyone still made our wishes happen. This team truly knows what they're doing and made our day so easy and beautiful. 10/10 recommend!!!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Ken Caryl Vista - from the service planning and location, to the food, to how beautiful our wedding was. Many of our guests complimented what a great time they had at our wedding and how put together everything was. Kade was beyond wonderful to work with, and Heidi and Jenna also helped immensely in the days leading up to our wedding. They are all so professional and knowledgeable of all things wedding, and really just fun to be around. All questions were answered and great solutions were always found if anything came up. You can choose what's included in your wedding package, but no matter what you choose you are getting such a good deal and value. Couldn't recommend Ken Caryl Vista and the team there enough!

Our experience with Ken Caryl was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, Kade set the tone for what would become a truly special journey with this venue. After three visits, it was clear we were hooked, and that was entirely due to the warmth, kindness, and genuine care we received. Kade went above and beyond to make us feel like we weren’t just planning an event but creating something unforgettable with a team that truly cared.

On our wedding day, our Day-of Coordinator, Jenna, and Event Captain, Paige, made us feel so special. Their dedication and attentiveness ensured that everything ran smoothly, and at no point did we feel like just another event on the schedule. They made the day feel effortless and magical, allowing us to soak in every moment without stress.

We cannot thank the entire Ken Caryl team enough for their hard work, professionalism, and kindness. They made our wedding day everything we hoped for and more, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a venue that treats you like family.

Thank you to everyone at Ken Caryl Vista who made my daughter’s wedding on Friday, March 7, 2025, so incredibly beautiful.

A special thank you to Heidi, who coordinated everything flawlessly, helped ease my anxiety, and was always there when I had a question. Her support made such a difference in ensuring everything went smoothly.

Captain Jackie was truly exceptional. She was professional, efficient with her time, and communicated beautifully with me throughout the evening. She was always checking in to see if I was okay and asking for my preferences. I honestly believe she’d make a fantastic wedding coordinator!

The bartender, Jeff, did an amazing job, and Chef Kris prepared an incredible prime rib that guests are still talking about!

Lastly, the servers—Adam, Brodie and Caitlyn—were a joy. They were always smiling, took away dishes efficiently, and made sure everything was on track. Their service made the evening feel seamless.

It was such a beautiful night, and I can wholeheartedly recommend these incredible team members and Ken Caryl Vista for anyone planning a wedding.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing our experience with wedgewood was. But I will try, so prepare for a long post.

From our first tour with Audrey (the general manager) to the end of our wedding night, every single moment of the wedding planning process and day of was so enjoyable and smooth.

The process:
The team at Wedgwood is so helpful and responsive. They make the planning process a breeze. You get a binder that basically walks you through everything that needs to be done in an organized timeline. Any questions you have they are so quick to answer. They accommodated pretty much any request we had and were so friendly along the way.
We were lucky enough to have Kade along our side the whole way including day of. They made us feel so loved and special. Everytime we had a meeting with them it felt so personal like they truly knew us and looked forward to working with us. Our whole wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how fun they were to work with at rehearsals and more.

Day of:
Our wedding guests all raved about their experiences with the staff the night of our wedding. I have heard many people say to expect that something on your wedding day is bound to go wrong and I can truly say nothing did and it was all thanks to the coordination of Kade and their team.
The food was delicious! My husband has a severe nut allergy and the staff and chefs took it very seriously and made us feel very comfortable. They accommodated multiple guests food restrictions accurately. All of the vendors were so easy to work with. We especially appreciated our MC and DJ Marco who really matched our group’s vibe for the dancing! I didn’t have to think about anything day of except enjoying myself and marrying the love of my life.
The venue was gorgeous and the layout of it flows so well. They really have thought of everything. I highly recommend adding the Photo Booth to your package. It was such a hit!

A couple of months later, and my husband and I still talk about the team at wedgewood and how grateful we are for all of them.
Do yourself a favor and book with wedgewood ( specifically the Ken Caryl team ☺️)

I absolutely loved it!
Dream wedding!
Kade was my main coordinator and when they had to step out Gina stepped up and was absolutely the best. Absolutely no complaints!
Jon at the bar kept the drinks coming for the guests and had zero complaints, guests even praised him and want him to cater to other events later!!
Brodie and Felicia where amazing servers, everyone loved the food and left very full and happy.
And Caitlyn handled the photobooth amazingly and I got copies of everyone's prints at the end of the night. All the guests loved it.

All of my attending guests enjoyed themselves and I have no complaints.
If I ever do another vow renewal I will be sure to give them a call again.

We had the absolute best experience at Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings. It was a beautiful venue, everyone we worked with was awesome, specifically our coordinator Kade. I am the sister of the groom, and I can attest we had a rowdy group and Kade rolled with the punches, always had a smile on, was on top of literally everything, laughed with us, corralled us, kept us on schedule, and made this just the easiest, most fun day! I would highly recommend the entire place, but Kade was definitely the icing on top!

We got married here March 07, 2025 and it was amazing! Our coordinator Heidi was amazing and made the day go so smooth, our day wouldn’t have been what it was without her. The banquet captain Jackie was also fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the only thing we had to do was enough our night! The DJ Nate kept the party alive all night and made sure we were up and dancing the whole night. The chef Kris had AMAZING food, it was delicious! Bartender Jeff, and the Servers Adam, Brodie, and Caitlyn made sure us and all of our guest were taken care of. Overall it was an amazing night and we had such an amazing team I would choose Wedgewood again for my wedding in a heartbeat!
