Angela McClelland RN did such an amazing job with my follow up visit and wound care today. I could tell from the beginning of the visit that she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I recently had surgery on my toe and it has been a very difficult time. I have had some precious nurse care that was not the best experience. That all changed today when I had my appointment with Angela. She was so much more attentive to my concerns around the wound care and cleaning. Her attention to detail in cleaning and dressing my wound was the best I have ever received. I hope to continue to receive my care from Angela in the future. She is definitely a valuable person and asset for Kaiser.

Hadassah is excellent. She is efficient and personable. She makes my father’s appointments and the process of taking vitals so easy and pleasurable. Dr. Nguyen is outstanding as his primary care physician. She is so patient and explains everything so thoroughly! He is so lucky to have both of them in his medical team.

Four days later, I finally received an email. I’d like to add this information to my review:

To anyone dealing with this shady company, I truly don’t envy you. It took them four days to respond, and when they did, their reply was rude. They claimed I wasn’t their client (which is untrue, as they had previously left me a voicemail addressing me as a client) and questioned what more I wanted from them.

All I’m asking for is basic human decency. They were the ones who initiated contact, and I simply want to understand how my children ended up on their insurance policy. How can you expect quality service from a company that doesn’t know how to communicate properly with clients, whether over the phone or via email?

I had an OBGYN appointment here to get an IUD replacement. My appointment with Dr. Phair was so wonderful. My last placement (done at different facility and by different Dr.) was really painful and I was scared to have it done again. Dr. Phair reassured me and gave me options to help better prepare this time around. Overall it was significantly less painful and was much better than I anticipated. Thank you so much.

As I shared in the previous note, it was overall a great experience from the X-Ray Tech to Dr. Chen. The X-Ray Tech was very clear, patient, and explained each position for the different x-rays. She was very welcoming and personable. Dr. Chen was great, especially showing me the results of the x-rays, and there were no concerns or problems. She answered my questions, and made a couple suggestions; and, encouraged me to schedule a chat if I had any changes or experienced new symptoms. I was able to book the appointment easily online. I checked in and was shown to an exam room right away. I met with a very friendly and knowledgeable Orthopedic Specialist. He made sure I understood what was happening and what the plan should look like moving forward. It was a fantastic experience.
