Dr. Vu and his staff are very professional. They were friendly, calming, and efficient. One example is I got nervous at the doctors office, which drives up my blood pressure. The nurse kept me calm during the reading, and got a normal reading.

This is for the lab- idk why their lab techs and front desk people are so rude. Customer service is not for everyone. Us patients already coming in with health issues/ other problems- we don’t need your negativity. I had stat lab orders(same say, within hours), in which the results didn’t come out until the next day. I came in at 9am for the draw. Furthermore, the tech that drew my sample fished my vein(this is bad practice) , which can cause damage to my vein, bruising, and caused me lots of pain. Please don’t treat patients like we don’t know anything.

I have been going to Kaiser for 48 years since I was 18. I did change one year to see what was out there and could hardly wait to sign back on with Kaiser. I am a senior now and still have a choice, I choose Kaiser every year.

Dr Lassiter was a really nice, caring, and knowledgeable provider she was very kind to my mother and listened to our concerns and explained everything. Staff was super helpful and nice so was the ultrasound tech who stayed late to help my mother out. Thank you Kaiser!

Doctor didn’t provide any resolution and practically blamed my insurance plan. Id go back to Blue Cross once given the chance

Love the lady my son works with for occupational therapy but we went in today and got asked questions if we were drinking , taking pills or cough syrup I was very irritated after that and as we are walking by there were two security guards watching us as if we’d make a scene with our FOUR YEAR ILD THERE I couldn’t believe that i have never been asked that in my life or treated that way ever very disappointing and Embarrassed to be treated that way unbelievable
