The JW house was my beacon in the night. It definitely was a warm hug when you most needed it. I would recommend this place to every one who has a loved one in the hospital at Santa Clara Kaiser hospital.

My fiancee is being treated at Stanford for liver cancer. She travels down from Yreka for her treatments. JW House has been a wonderful host to us on many occasions. The staff has always been very kind and courteous and the volunteers have been great!

This time of year reminds me of the kindness that was extended to my husband, and I during his surgical procedure. The JW House provided us with a place to lay our heads, serenity, and meals that were prepared and served by wonderful volunteers. The bonus was, we had a chance to bond and connect with other families who were also at The JW House. May God bless each and every one of you for the kindnesses that was extended to us. Thank you. Merry Christmas from the Shoushtari Family.

This place is great. Last week was my second time visiting JW house. They offer everything a visiting relative of a Kaiser Permanente patient could ever want from a shower, laundry facility, a quiet room to get away and collect your thoughts or just sit quietly. If you have kids the fenced in back yard is huge and there is plenty of things for the little ones to climb on and the best part is you can get a free meal. The menu changes every day and it's homemade food provided by volunteers.

JW House is a Blessing. My wife had to have bypass surgery at Kaiser Santa Clara. They provided a place for me and our family to stay during her recovery. The people there were awesome! The volunteer cooks are fabulous. The entire place made you feel comfortable and reassured all would be well. The accommodations were roomy and clean.

JW House is a blessing. I travel over 4hours for treatment at Stanford. They are friendly and very caring. The meals are an added bonus. It's very clean and they even have games and outdoor area for children.
