Justin Stokes and his team have been extremely helpful assisting us with securing insurance for our new mountain home and vehicles during a very busy time of life for us.

Our previous insurance company who we had been with for years, could no longer assist in insuring our home with us with moving to a log home. With a laundry list of moving tasks already on our plate, this was one that was very unexpected. We proceeded to research all the insurance companies available in the area and settled on Justin and State Farm. Our decision was not based solely on price but also on Justin’s responsiveness along the way.

While many insurance companies out there insure log homes, the premiums and coverage differ greatly. Our realtor referred us to Justin and his team and we could not be more pleased. We look forward to a long working relationship with Justin and his office.

Easy to work with, very easy to get in touch with. Reasonable rates and great coverage. The little things always help me the most. $0 deductible glass, $100 a day rental coverage so rental agencies always want to find me a car and low cost easy to use roadside including complementary Lyft rides.

This office is amazing. They go out of their way to help their customers. They don’t jack up their rates. The staff is very friendly. I had to have my husband’s car towed and they covered it even though they shouldn’t have covered as much as they did. They are amazing I highly recommend them.
