Arrangement to pick up car was made over the phone and was simple and easy to do. They came out, I want to say the next day, which was important to me as the car was not drivable and had a ticket to be to be towed away. All I had to do was provide the title and they did everything else. Fast and easy!

Easy, quick, professional, and kind -- everything you want when dealing w/ a vehicle left behind by a loved one who has passed away. Showed up on time to the minute. Excellent experience.

This is ONLY to reflect the marketing team. Playing this 10-15 times a day is extremely annoying. I have to turn down the volume on my TV and radio every time I hear this ad. I get trying to play it so its the only place you have burned into peoples minds to donate, but you really are upsetting many people.

Obviously you have a TON of revenue to just slam EVERY local tv and Radio slot with ads. 1hr and hearing this over 4-10 times in between is not effective marketing. If you have that kind of capital or charity write off, make a respectable ad like shriners hospital or other tasteful charity ads. Please consider changing this because I hold my curse words every time I here this song. I know im not the only one.
