I came here one year with my class back when I was in highschool. Very informative place and the staff was absolutely amazing. It really taught us a lot about what’s out there waiting for us and the realities of adulthood. They spent the whole day teaching us how to budget our income by month and really put you into the mindset of what it’s like to be a working citizen.
I remember first coming in, I was given a card with the worst scenario (well at least to me). I was to be a single parent with two kids making only about $2,300 a month. Even if it was only for a day and technically wasn’t even real, it was a stressful time learning how to manage every dollar and be wise about my “spendings”. By the end of it all, my entire class and I had learned some very important lessons. I think every pre-teen/teen should have the chance to visit this place. Teaches you so many important things that’ll impact how you handle finances when you get older. Truly a great experience

We'll laid out learning center to teach kids about finance. A lot of fun to participate. A little too structured to really apply in real life, but a great start.
