I love our church!!! After 5 years of searching for a new church, I walked into Joy Church and instantaneously knew the Lord placed me exactly where he wanted me to be and my family had found our home. Pastors Tony and Barbara have made it so easy to become involved and connect. I have made life-changing relationships and have found a new purpose in life. The praise and worship team is amazing, heartfelt and on fire for God, the youth ministry energizes our children, and Pastor Tony is as good as it gets—a solid bible teacher. Joy Church is such a blessing to have our lives.

The Joy church is awesome, inspiring and uplifting. I was very pleasantly surprised at the warmth of the people in this church. They welcomed me with open hearts and treated me like family. The pastor's messages are based on God's word and quite encouraging.

I can honestly say that I have tried many churches in Bakersfield,CA. Joy Church has given me the spiritual up lift that I have been searching for. Our loving pastors not only welcome you into the church but show love and compassion for everyone. Everyone is treated equal and with kindness. Pastor Tony will tell you that he is not a preacher but a teacher. That he is. We have a great food ministry and just continue to grow in many areas. I just can’t say enough about this church and it’s congregation. Thank you for allowing me this great opportunity of being in this big little church. We have loved every minute with this church and It has been the perfect fit for our family! We have been loved on, prayed over, teased in love and welcomed since the second we first walked through the door. We really enjoy the way Pastor Tony brings the Word and the children’s program is just what our kids needed!

Joy has been my home church for many years I love the people and I love the pastors and there wife’s we are a family new and old we love welcoming new people for they become family and good friends. Times like this we need need each other more than ever. If your looking for a bible believing family joy church is the place to come. There will not be any water down teaching at JOY.

Haven’t been watching but a couple of months and thoroughly enjoy watching. I watch on line because of certain physical disabilities I have at this time. Absolutely love the worship team and their music. It is so great to be able to hear them. Pastor Tony brings a passion about life and his message to the pulpit that I find very to be very refreshing. Hopefully I am going to be able to attend service in person in the future.
