Admitting staff was very helpful & the mammogram lady was very informative about what to expect in results & timing. She was very gentle & courteous making the experience actually enjoyable. My whole experience was very wonderful. No complaints. All went well. I don't know of anything that needs improvements. I will continue to return to JCCH for tests & maybe other types of needs. Thank you.

Let me start off by saying it was my birthday ,I am sick, irritated bought a car the day before and it was messing up and the staff out front made me laugh made me feel comfortable and even gave me advice on my car. Moving on to the back of the ER The nurse I had was great they were all great. One of the best doctors that I have ever seen in my 40 plus years of having to go to doctors .I would like to be able to have him as a primary care doctor.( But I love my present primary care doctor Dr Churchill is fantastic). They had me in and out they listened to what I had to say instead of saying this is what it is they actually listened .He made sure that I was out in time to get to the pharmacy before it closed to get my medication all in all it was a great visit other than of course being sick. And they all smelled very nice The staff was very neat and clean which is very very important to me. I highly recommend Johnson county community hospital to anyone.

Although Mountain City is a small town it's ER may very well be the best in the country due to Dr. Rankin and the nursing staff. They are all collectively warm, caring, compassionate, and professional. It's comforting to know you can expect the best care possible at Johnson County Community Hospital when you're not feeling well. I just love Dr. Rankin.

I had some tests done at Johnson County Hospital recently. The waiting time was about 5 minutes and the tests were done in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful. The technician took the time to explain everything she was doing. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend it to friends.

The nurses are the best. The Doctor I saw well let's just say he has no manners when it comes to sick people. I came in for throwing up and diarrhea. He sent my ride home around 10pm and told us I would be there all night till the morning around 8 or later. At 12:30 he came in and told me I could go home. Jose one of the nurses ended up taking me home that night. My Potassium was very low and instead of going threw ivs I ended up taking 15 pills on empty stomach. Needless to say I'm not happy at all.

I got in quickly and all of the staff was super friendly. Dr. Sutherland is one of the best ER doctors I’ve ever had. He made the next steps for my injury simple and easy to follow.

Staff at check in great. CNA in ER very nice and helpful. Dr Jones and the nurse never even made eye contact. Took forever to get Zofran, my greatest need. I've only been to ER 1other time. It was quiet in ER, no hustle bustle. I'm a retired nurse so I know what a busy ER looks like. I felt like maybe they thought I shouldn't be there.

It’s worth the drive to another hospital. My mother went to the ER and was told she has a virus. With no improvement, we weren’t too another hospital. She had salmonella. Only reason we didn’t sue was because the attorney didn’t call us back in time. My daughter, who has diagnosed IBS, went to the ER with extreme stomach pain. They said it was viral!!! She was impacted and needed immediate attention!!! Got a Bill 10 months later stating the payment was late. Also put as self pay and didn’t bother to bill either of her insurance. Go elsewhere.
