Amanda helped me buy my first house earlier this year, and I went into the process knowing almost nothing. Amanda had so much patience with me and was with me every step of the way through the buying process!

My partner and I first met Amanda last summer when we were starting to explore the idea of buying a house. She was professional, kind, and made us feel like we were friends (and not her business).

Amanda and I worked together to find several listings that were in my price range and had the qualities I was looking for, and I was lucky enough to find a house that I loved in just a few days.

Throughout the buying process, Amanda was so helpful! She would set up inspection appointments, make sure to be at the house for inspections, and keep me looped in as she learned more about the quality of the house. When I started to worry more about the older age of the house, Amanda provided recommendations on the types of specialty inspections I might want to pursue, and how we might use the information learned to negotiate my offer with the buyers. And she helped me negotiate a great offer that reduced the cost of the house and helped me to permanently buy down our interest rate!

My partner and I have now lived in my house for 6 months and we love it. We’re working to spruce up the backyard and are enjoying making the house our own.
