I bought multiple packs of toddler underwear and didn't realize until I opened it that most of the pairs are actually labeled size 2t-3t! Also some of the underwear that have a 4t label are clearly smaller than the actual 4t, and are in fact size 2t-3t. Extremely disappointed

Theresa was so amazing to me. her hair tips and consultation gave me so much relief about my hair problems. One of the sweetest stylists i’ve met in my life. I’d wanna keep her forever if I could as my stylist! Even had a great conversation and advice from her. LOVED!

I’m a regular customer with JCPenney. I shopped a lot with them and I even got a credit card just because I go all the time, ever since I never bought and returned any items until this one item and I’m very disappointed and unhappy the way they handled the return policy. Went today for a returned, that I bought a hills for my daughter homecoming, but she decided not wear it after all because it wouldn’t really match her dress. She tried the hills at the store and walked to it to see if it’s comfortable. So, bought it from the displayed so who knows how many people tried to walk to it. So , never pay attention how it looks on the bottom of the hills. since my daughter has not wear it at all, I decided to return today around 7:30 pm on Saturday 9/30/23 . I don’t know who ever her name the associate that helped me saying that she can tell that’s been wearing the looks of the hills and she insisted that she can tell that the hills has been worn, so telling me that I was lying, and I said I swear that hills has not been worn, because my daughter wear a different shoes, and the associate called the supervisor and before she asked me the associate lady was telling the supervisor that hills looked like worn. So the supervisor very unprofessional also told me no we are not allowed to accept it.
BEWARE when you planned to return a shoes here. Not anymore going to JCPenney and shop at all, after all with my experience today I was very disappointed. If I can give a zeros review I would, is just not have an option for me.

After placing an expensive order, I arrived at this location to pick it up as it was on the way to my in laws for the holidays, I drove 125 miles, the website stated, the branch closed at 6 I had called in advance to confirm that they would be open until 6pm and that I could pick up my order. Informing them I would be there rather close to closing time and they said it was okay as long as you’re just picking up. I arrived at the location at 5:45 to pick up an item and was refused admittance I was trying to talk to the employee blocking the doors to explain that I was not shopping that I just needed to pick up my order, she was very rude saying we close in 3 minutes which was a lie and she would not listen to me at all, the store was still filled with shoppers checking out, if this how this establishment treats good paying customers I would not shop here!

This is one of my favourite stores. Things are very much in order and the prices are also white, decent. The size options are also quite available out here, which means they have a good amount of stocks always for everyone.

I bought a purse that I used one time. The inside was coming apart. I had the receipt and tags. I was given a hard time for returning it. You could clearly see it was falling apart. The employees were extremely rude. Telling me they don’t believe it was only used once. It was indeed used for one night. It looked practically new minus the inside fabric ripping. I wish I took a picture. If big corporations give a hard time returning damaged goods, I can see why Amazon does so well. I will no longer be shopping at JCPenney after the way I was treated today.

I can appreciate JC Penny for working on modernization. I understand the concept of providing affordable clothing to those who shop within their stores. I remember my mom taking me there for back to school clothes. Today, it felt like it wasn't well managed. Not many sales associates and I had to search for where to check out. The overall experience wasn't bad. Everything was clearly marked and organized. For me, the clothing had a sub par feeling about them. I guess to sum it up, I wish JC Penny would along with upgrading there stores, they would also look to upgrading their merchandise.
